The new continuous rolling mill triangle guide device is characterized by an overall structure guide device, with a triangular guide block at the bottom and a round rod-shaped connecting rod at the upper part, which are fixed with bolts; the guide trough guide block has an approximately isosceles triangle cross-section and two symmetrical and equal arc surfaces along the guide trough. The radius is slightly larger than the roller radius, and the other side is a flat surface. The guide trough can be seen from the longitudinal section. The upper and lower surfaces are parallel, and the position, size and height of the guide trough are consistent with the original split triangle guide trough. During installation, integrated guide blocks and connecting rods are fixed on the roller side fixing frames of the third and fourth frames of the RSM reducer to align the circular grooves with the roller grooves. During the operation, the rolled piece is correctly bitten into the roller hole groove under the guidance of the guide groove hole.
