1) Significantly reduce the requirement for billet quality. For units with steelmaking capacity, the national standard has no lower limit requirements for Mn and Si content in steel, even if the amount added is less than 1/3 or not added at all, the use of this process can also ensure that the mechanical performance indicators are qualified.
2) After using the water penetration process, there will be no quality problems of unqualified mechanical performance indicators due to unqualified chemical composition (non-inclusion).
3) HRB335 steel bar has been successfully produced from Q235 billet, and the pass rate has achieved 99.999%.
4) With 20MnSi raw materials that meet the national standard composition requirements, 500MPa grade steel bars can be produced, and its indicators are stable, especially the strong yield index.
On the basis of meeting the above conditions, the user is allowed to achieve 20% negative tolerance, and the mechanical performance index still meets GB1499.2-2007.
